Shipping Rates & Order Minimums

  • Hong Kong Orders: Free shipping on every order—no minimum spend required.
  • Worldwide Orders (HK$1,500 or above): Free shipping.
  • Worldwide Orders (Below HK$1,500): Flat-rate shipping fee of HK$150.

Processing & Dispatch Times

Once your order is placed and payment is cleared, our team immediately begins preparing your package:

  • Most orders are packed and shipped out within 1 to 2 business days.
  • If an item happens to be temporarily out of stock, we will reach out to you directly via email or WhatsApp right away to coordinate an update or exchange.
