Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- be requested for return within 14 days of delivery
- be unused, unplayed, and in original condition
- be returned in the original packaging with all included items
- include proof of purchase
We do not accept returns for items that show signs of use, wear, damage, modification, or misuse.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- used pickleball paddles
- opened or used pickleball balls
- items not in original condition or packaging
- sale, clearance, or final-sale items
- gift cards, if applicable
Because sports equipment can show wear quickly after use, any product that has been used on court cannot be returned unless it is confirmed to be defective.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@oogway-usa.com. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging.
If we confirm that the item is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrectly shipped, we will provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, refund, or store credit.
How to Request a Return
To request a return, please email info@oogway-usa.com with:
- your order number
- your full name
- the item you want to return
- the reason for the return
- photos of the item, if needed
Please do not send items back without return approval.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or sent in error.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake or a confirmed product issue.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns. We are not responsible for returned items lost in transit.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow a reasonable processing time for your bank or payment provider to complete the refund.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different item, please contact us first. If your return is approved, you may place a new order separately.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@oogway-usa.com. Orders that have already been processed or shipped may not be cancelled.
